 Jamie began his musical journey at the tender age of 5, sharing the stage with his mother Mable Mathews. Over the years, he honed his craft and rose to prominence as the lead vocalist in esteemed West Prince bands Deuces Wild and Rock Bottom. Jamie's talent shone brightly as he clinched victory in the Lobster Carnival youth talent search in 1991, followed by a triumph in the adult contest in 1992. Returning to his country roots, Jamie now mesmerizes audiences with his deep, rich vocals as part of a popular trio alongside Joey Doucette and Kurk Bernard. With a voice that captivates hearts, Jamie continues to enchant listeners with his soulful melodies.

Danny MacNevin

Guitar

Hometown: Summerside, PEI

From a very young age, music has been the
heartbeat of Danny's life. Starting out as a drummer, he soon migrated to guitar around the age of 13 and studied styles ranging from Stevie Ray Vaughan to Albert Lee. He has been fortunate to maintain a presence in the music scene on PEI, and toured Canada in the 90's with acts such as Randy J. Martin and Maxine MacLeod. Recording in Halifax, Nashville and various other studios, Danny found himself surrounded by exceptionally talented musicians, engineers and producers. This inspired him to learn to run a small recording studio called BigDogz for a few years, where he recorded and produced some great local artists! For 30+ years, he has been playing, learning, practicing, and is always eager to take on any musical challenges thrown his way. From playing in a 3-piece blues band, a CREAM tribute band, a 7-piece Led Zeppelin band, to house bands, modern country bands, and local working bands, he enjoys every second of it! He is super charged to get to play in "The Grand Tour" which is a celebration of the music he grew up listening to on his Mom's old AM/FM kitchen radio.

Troy MacArthur

Steel Guitar\Banjo\Harmonica

Hometown: Summerside, PEI

A seasoned multi-instrumentalist from Summerside, began his musical journey in local bars at the tender age of 15- obviously holding off on buying beer for another year or two- showcasing his talents on guitar, harmonica, and washboard. As half of the ECMA-nominated duo,
Rattlesnakin' Daddies, Troy excelled in vocals and instrumental mastery.
Influenced by Delta blues, country blues, Bebop jazz,
Western swing, and classic country, Troy's musical palette has evolved. His tenure with the PEI and ECMA award-winning ensemble, Saddle River
Stringband, solidified his industry standing. His
10-year run as guitarist and vocalist with with the West End Blues Band provided captivated audiences with electrifying, high-energy performances that kept 'em coming back time and again. Today, he lends his banjo skills to a bluegrass
ensemble, Whitecap Drive, while expanding his
repertoire with electric and pedal steel guitar, reflecting his dedication and musical exploration.

Louise Arsenault

Fiddle

Hometown: Wellington, PEI

Louise began fiddling at the early age of 7. She has toured many folk festivals and music venues all over the world and is most recognized for her part in the former Acadian groups, Barachois and Gadelle. Louise is noted for her amazing rhythmic foot board percussion and dance during her high energy performances on stage.
Having played on many recordings over the years,
Louise fulfilled her own life-long dream during the
Covid shut down and recorded an album of her
own compositions.

Kurk Bernard

Bass\Vocals

Hometown: Nail Pond, PEI

Kurk has been in country music for over three decades. Influenced by his father Ivan and uncle Lionel, Kurk's passion for music started early. After 30 years in Ontario, Kurk returned to PEI, now living in Nail Pond. He spent 24 years touring Europe with South Mountain, recording 10 albums. Kurk's performances have spanned the globe, playing with icons like Dolly Parton and recording with Merle Haggard. He's also played alongside Don Helms and performed with Chris Malpass. Kurk has toured with Tommy Hunter, Ronnie Prophet, and others, defining his career in country music.
His genuine connection with audiences continues to define his career, solidifying his place in the industry.

Tanya Bernard

Piano\Vocals

Hometown: Summerside, PEI

Tanya has been playing the piano ever since she can remember. Her musical career has crossed many genres – classical, choral, musical theatre, traditional, and country. And she’s proud to say that she loves them all! She has accompanied many local PEI artists: Marcella Richard, Randy J. Martin, Danny & Julie, Brooke MacArthur, and Patricia Murray. She has opened for acts like The Rankin Family, Brett Kissel, and Aaron Goodvin, and performed at many venues including Bridgefest and the Cavendish Beach Music Festival. She is currently the accompanist for Fandango Musical Players where she has been the musical director for Broadway musicals performed in Summerside and Charlottetown. She is also the accompanist for the Summerside Community Choir.

Wayne Robichaud

Drums

Hometown: St. Raphael, PEI

Wayne boasts a career rich in rhythmic innovation and collaboration. From his humble beginnings at 13 with the French band Panou, where he recorded two albums including a standout Nashville production, Robichaud's drumming prowess has flourished. As the backbone of the Dave Doyle band, Fandango, and Fall Back, he infuses performances with infectious energy and groove. Robichaud's versatility shines through in his collaborations with notable artists such as J.P. Cormier, Michelle Boudreau, Marcella Richard, and Julie and Danny. His rhythmic journey has taken him to prestigious stages, including Ottawa's Canada Day festivities and various festivals, where his dynamic playing captivates audiences and solidifies his status as a driving force in Atlantic Canadian music.
